Image Quality

The uploaded image is very important and must be of good quality and very good resolution to be recognized by the AR Play app.

In the case of Digital Images, the shape and size of the uploaded image will remain exactly as it was photographed. It is a less demanding situation and easier to achieve. Scanning with the AR Play application will be simple, without problems.

In the case of Framed Images / AR Print where a product is made, the image to be printed (on photo paper, canvas or aluminum) if it is not of quality, depending on the print size chosen, it will look blurry, blurry and blotchy, having an unpleasant visual appearance.

Images that do not meet the application's scanning standards will generate a message before the image upload starts, after pressing the "Add to cart" button.

We recommend that you do not use images that have predominantly white or black backgrounds, images with transparent backgrounds, or images that are blurry.

Use images with very good resolution, but which fall within the maximum allowed size limits of 7MB.

The images supported by the AR Play app are all clear images with very good resolution.

It is mandatory that images have the extension .jpg .jpeg .png and the maximum size of 7MB

For the most pleasant experience, we recommend that you pay attention when you upload images and videos to the website.

It is preferable if you decide that the uploaded image should be in the portrait position, then the video should be in the same position.

We recommend uploading the best quality videos in HD resolution to enjoy a fantastic experience through the AR Play app.

The only condition that must be met is that the uploaded video must not exceed 100 MB or be no longer than 3 minutes.

The video formats supported by the AR Play application are the usual ones, .mp4 and .mov

You have the possibility that after placing the order in the basket, before making the payment, you can view what you are going to buy. Open or download the AR Play app and scan the configured image. The video will be limited in playing time and obscured by our app logo with the text PREVIEW until payment is made.

ATTENTION: After making the payment, it is necessary to restart the AR Play application so that the PREVIEW logo and text are no longer displayed the next time you scan the image.

For each product purchased, you have the possibility to extend the scanning period from the standard 2 years to 5 years (2+3 years) for the amount of 15 lei.

This validity period starts counting from the date on which the payment was made and you will receive an email 30 days before this validity period expires.

You will have the possibility to extend this term by another 3 years for the amount of 15 lei.

If you do not want to extend the deadline, after 30 days from the due date, the image will not be scanned, the video will not be played.
